Every relationship has moments that form a chapter in your story: the place where you first saw each other, the town where you moved in together, the beach of that one proposal....
A love map captures those moments and places in a hand-drawn map created in pen and watercolor. It is not just an illustration, but a tangible reminder of the route you have already traveled together.

How it works

2. Tell me your story
Then we’ll meet online so you can tell me what you’d like to see in the drawing. Unless you’d rather email me ;) I’ll also ask for a few photos, and then I can get started!
Anything goes on the love map: first dates, unforgettable trips, favorite spots, traditions, hobbies… The more I know, the more personal the illustration will be. Check out the questionnaire at the bottom of the page if you’d like some inspiration.
3. I’ll create an initial design
Based on your input, I’ll create a sketch and send it to you.
If you’d like, you can let me know about any minor changes.
4. Finalization in pen & watercolor
Once approved, I finalize the illustration. I start with black Chinese ink.
Then I present two color options. Once a decision has been made, I begin work on the final version in watercolor.
5. Packaging & shipping
The illustration is carefully packaged and shipped with tracking.
Are love maps just for couples?
Absolutely not! Why not have one made for your best friend, or even your entire group of friends?
It doesn't necessarily have to be your own story, either. Imagine a handmade love folder as a wedding gift. That's guaranteed to be the most original gift you can give!
