Hey hello!

My name is Aurelie. I’m an illustrator, writer, and dreamer with a passion for color, stories, and the little details that bring a smile to your face. I create educational illustrations, watercolor portraits, and picture books full of warmth, tenderness, and imagination.

I live in Paris, but I also love returning to Leuven. These are two places that inspire me in their own way. The bustling streets of Paris, conversations in cafés, historic buildings, family stories, and everyday moments often serve as the starting point for a new illustration.

After completing a degree in German-Russian translation in Antwerp, I moved to Paris, where I graduated from CESAN as an illustrator and comic book artist. Today, I combine my love of drawing and storytelling in projects for children, families, schools, and special occasions.

In addition to illustrations, I also create live watercolor portraits at events and weddings, design personalized invitations, and lead creative workshops.

When I’m not at my drawing table, you can find me in museums or cozy cafés, armed with a sketchbook, a cup of tea, and a slice of cake.
